o Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
1. Evaluate direct cost divisions and breakdowns for direct cost items prepared by internal team members to ensure accuracy of cost estimation
2. Studying the tender drawings, specification, and relevant tender documents
3. Cost Analysis Based on man-hour productivity & Project Schedule
4. Supervise and support in all CCS reports to ensure utilization of CCS "Candy Software" in direct cost studies
5. Estimating the direct cost resources (Labour, Equipment and Material) for company projects during tender stage
6. Collecting submitted offers from suppliers and subcontractors to be evaluated as per the received Specs, BOQs in order to choose the optimum offer.
7. Review of technical and bid documents in order to support in the commercial activities
8. Cooperate with different departments to ensure compliance to the timing for responses set internally or externally with Client
9. Conduct commercial reports, presentations and other correspondence as requested for meetings
10. Prepare the Indirect Cost.
11. Top Sheet, Factor Study
12. Consultant /Client prices negotiation
13. Support in preparation of Project's File and revise the project's time schedule
14. Quantity Survey to create Contractor BOQ even for Design and Build Projects during tender stage.
15. Prepare and submit the technical and financial offer based on the received criteria.
16. Reviewing achieved tasks and approval
o Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
1. Studies and assessment for the man-hours
2. Management tendering process
3. Controlling the prequalification process for main contractors and suppliers.
4. Technical & Financial Evaluation including Report Issuing
5. Value engineering (Specification & Material selection) to adjust project budget.
6. Reviewing all staff achieved tasks and approval.
o Responsibilities and duties comprising the following:
1. Structural and Architectural Quantity Survey.
2. Management tendering process.
3. Replying to bidders technical clarifications.
4. Technical & Financial Evaluation including Report Issuing
5. Value engineering Material selection

Responsibilities and duties comprising the following::
1. Coordination with projects sites to receive required works to be subcontracted
2. Prepare requirements including BOQs and Specs to be issued to the Subcontractors.
3. Evaluate the received offers from the Subcontractors.
4. Prepare for a negotiation meetings with the Subcontractors with the optimum offers in order to award after getting best and final offer
5. Issue the contract to the subcontractor to start execution on site.
6. Submit requests to the Financial Dept. to open LC for the Subcontractor.
7. Review all submitted Invoices from the subcontractor based on the issued contract.
8. Issue Contract Addenda in case of extra work
9. Receive feedback from the site representative regarding the subcontractor
