Responsible for process safety, occupational safety activities and security of the site for developing and maintaining a strong and sustainable safety culture.
Responsible for Smart Innovative Operation (SIO) program on the plant and follow-up with supportive teams in all fields such as Process control, Truck loading system, Alarm management, Automation, Optimisation and Trip abatement.
Responsible for the compliance of the plant with the HAZOP plan and implementation of Element Important for Safety procedure.
Responsible for site day to day works including routine maintenance activities driven by Maximo.
Responsible for implementing HACCP plan, elimination assessments food fraud and food defence relivative measures as appropriate.
Interface with local authorities as needed.
Ensure a solid relationship with customer.
Co-ordinate with the central maintenance team while handing over and taking over equipment to ensure the the safety and reliablity in work turnover.
Responsible for troubleshooting local issues while operating the plant safely and reliably in specific non-standard modes.
Responsible for the compliance of the plant and its operation and maintenance with all applicable regulations with the support of Industrial Management System “IMS”.
Ensure appropriate Quality and Quantity of product is delivered to customers at an optimum system cost.
Understand, monitor and optimize local operating costs and budgets.
Report all required operation figures on daily, monthly and annual basis.
Ensure following management of change procedures for any modifications / upgrades in the facility.
Complete Performance Development System reviews, training plans and action plans for each employee.
Manage site team and liaise with the ROCC, the LEAD center and Center of Expertise
(CoE) to achieve reliable supply of products in the safest, most reliable and effeicient manner.
Optimize the facility performance (availability, efficiency, reliability).
Recommend methods to improve facility operation (regarding efficiency, availability,
reliability) and optimize costs.
Perform security or safety reporting, participate in root cause analysis of events.
Contribute within his frame of work to follow up machine history logs to predict,
sense, analyze or fix problems if any.
Monitor plants’ performance (October and Al-Sadat Plants) through SCADA.
Review entities standard operating procedures and develop those procedures.
Apply company procedures and regulation of the IMS (Industrial Safety
Management) that include technical matters and safety topics.
Support the Safety team as safety representative in October plant.
Optimize the machine performance.
Analyze production data and apply statistical methods to determine corrective
and Optimization actions.
