Collecting and analyzing end-user data requirements, through research, fact-finding, and by using IT service and process management tools such as BMC Remedy and Serena SBM.

Preparing business cases, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Regression testing and revisions, as necessary. Obtaining required approvals for new developments before release to users.
Providing quality and timely support during test and delivery phases as well as change management.
Mentoring and training new team members. Conduct training sessions on new enhancements and features to existing users and support teams.
Successfully analyzed and resolved 1000+ incidents per month for the internal employees across
Europe, Africa and the Middle East supporting more than 20, 000 users via phone, email and web
Performed IT Incident Management, Problem Management and root cause analysis
Provided services as per ITIL guidelines and supported more than 50 applications
The main POC for resolving VIP issues as well as the problems with higher complexity
