Managing the complete scope of PMCL TRM upgrade of Microwave from NEC equipment to Ericsson TN-Nods-R5/R6.

Responsibilities
Supervise Ericsson ASP’s on both indoor/outdoor installations of RBS6000 series including RBS 6101, 6102, 6301 and TXN- TMR6201.
Supervise Ericsson ASP’s on both indoor/outdoor installation of transmission. Equipment Mini link R4/R5 Family, CN/Traffic Node- IP Based 2p, 6p, 20p and PDH/SDH links.
Supervise SWAP/Post SWAP activities till Acceptance.
Responsible Complete end to end integration of Sites RBS/TRM (RBS6000 Series 6301, 6101, 6102, 6201 & TMR-TN-R4 2P, 6P, 20P and CN nods).
Responsible End to end trouble shooting both ends TRM/RBS after site went on-air till handed over to MS team.
Post Swap technical BSS/TRM support to MS team on outages and Fault rectifications.
Performing ATP of SWAP sites with Customer.
Post ATP coordination with customer and ASP’s.
Responsible for ATP of all New Expansions of MW-Links in south region.

Operation and maintenance of RBS (Ericsson) 2206, 2207 and RBS 2106/2107 for both 900 and 1800 GSM network. Sites Integration and troubleshooting of routine internal alarms.
Connectivity of sites at the time of Expansion and Power on activities. Routine checking and FAULT ATTENDANCE at TRAFIC NODE and HUB SITES.
Working on Microwave (Ericsson) MINILINK (CLASSIC, HIGH CAPACITY), TRAFFIC NODES.
Involvement in Transmission links` up gradation (cutover) from low capacity to high capacity (Traffic node to HC and classic to Traffic node).
Use of All kind of Testing Tools for RBS and MICROWAVE including Site Master (Anritsu S332C) & (Anritsu S331B) regarding VSWR & DTF &Software for Soft Testing of RBS and MSM for soft testing and access of Mini Link.
Strong GSM BSS product knowledge with experience in routine maintenance and troubleshooting in the several of the following areas: OMC-R, BSC, BTS.
Well-versed in the software loading for all sub-systems for upgrade and patching processes.
Handling all PTCL (lease media) related issues and problems and good coordination’s with PTCL authorities.
Responsible of Siemens BS240 XL BTS Commissioning, Testing and Integration,
Acceptance & Quality check.
Working on Power Node Eltec Rectifiers. Also Responsible of Siemens Sral XD PDH and SDH (Testing & Acceptance).
Participate TSS surveys.
Responsible of all TRM PDH & SDH links acceptance and related documentations, checking B
Supervise the Installation, testing and commissioning of Ericsson ‘BTS’ 2206 & 2207 cabinet.
Supervise the laying of LDF 550A, RG8U, RG6U cables with proper connector.
VSWR tests were performed at various BTS sites for the verification of the TX and RX (DTx1&DTx2) path with the help of Site master.
Installation, mounting, Commissioning IDU & ODU “Ericsson” microwave (Mini Link 2E1, 16E1) units. Classic & Traffic Node Sites.
Supervise the installation of directional Antennas with their specified orientation and proper tilts with TMA.
Installation of BBS, Rectifier and all kind of A.C & D.C works and Troubleshooting all related faults.
Supervision the Teams regarding the Installations, commissioning and testing of BTS cabinets and cabling works.
Supervision of the entire outdoors RF cabling and antennas, including the laying of RX/TX feeder cables.
Complete testing of RX/TX antenna systems, including VSWR test.
Supervise the Installation, testing and commissioning of Nortel ‘BTS’ S8000 cabinet, ladder, rectifier & alarm module.
Supervise the laying of LDF 550A, RG8U, RG6U cables with proper connector.
VSWR tests were performed at various BTS sites for the verification of the TX and RX path with the help of Site master.
Installation, mounting, Commissioning IDU & ODU “HARRIS” microwave (4E1, 8E1 & 16E1) protected and non-protected unit.
Monitored BER alarm testing of the Microwave using the BERT tester.
Supervise the installation of directional antennas with their specified orientation and proper tilts.
Installation of Eltek Rectifier and all kind of A.C & D.C works.
Troubleshooting all related faults.
