Supervise all the Warehouse Team & activities, preparing annual budget & improvement plan of WH, providing Training to WH Staff regarding personal safety, Safe handing of Materials & co-operation with other dept. & customers. preparing KPI's monthly & annual bases. Physical Inventory yearly & reconciliation of variance of Inventory. Providing assistance of Internal & external auditors.
1- Supervise Materials Control / Warehousing / Logistic & Purchase controlling. 2- Controlling Trade Gases movements with customers & and Branches throughout in K.S.A. 3- Supervising of Warehouses (Plants Spare, Raw Materials,Chemicals, Projects Equipments & Spare, SGD Gases & Equipments , Vh-Spares & Cylinders & Tanks Warehouses) 4- Preparing KPI , Monthly and Annual bases as per ISO standard. 5- Preparing Monthly / Annual Summary and analysis reports for materials Incoming / Outgoing and purchasing status. 6- Handle and coordinate Internal / External Logistics matters. 7- Supervision of Warehouse staff and also provide training for safety,& handling materials and cooperation with other production departments. 8- Maintain Stock Status of Warehouse in ALPHA ERP SYSTEM.
