Experience

 Driving the sourcing plan, leading supplier selection, and ensuring adherence to the Business Procurement strategy
 Driving early supplier involvement and identifying cost drivers to influence design decision-making and achieve target costing
 Collaborating with Supplier Quality in the new supplier/component release process, including compliance and sustainability aspects
 Supporting price negotiations with opportunities to drive short and long term cost reduction improvement
 Leading the organization, planning and execution of multiple highly complex projects across multiple business units, focused on improving supply base performance, quality and cost savings efforts driving the analysis, staff and deliverables concurrently within the project funnel

Duties and Responsibilities
 Electrical Material & Estimation for the Project
 Review design drawing & prepare project BOQ
 Coordinate with the supplier request for RFQ
 Tender package for project
 Performs overall electrical cost estimates including low voltage systems (Data, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, CCTV, etc) and prepares highly competitive bids using ConEst and customized estimating software.
 Involves in contracts and sub contracts proposals; verifies and explain project details to the president
 Savings of at least 10% of total material cost per each project through proper evaluation of vendors and suppliers
 Monitors sub-contractors progress reports. Coordinates to general and subcontractors and suppliers from time to time
 Analyze blueprints, project documents and specifications to prepare accurate and efficient materials and labor estimates on all project stages and project related works.
 Prepares Budget Proposal Estimates (BP) in liaison with controlling teams; Authorization for Expenditure Estimates (AFE) according to established scope of work, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
 Prepares Tender Check Estimates (TCE) for contracts and bill of materials which includes quantities, drawings, and technical specifications.
 Coordinates with design and construction teams for effective projects handling and engineering procedures. Advises supervisors and engineers when project is likely to be over or under expenditure.
 Compiles, summarizes, updates and maintains estimating/cost database and ensures the accuracy of data maintained in the section.
 Receives progress reports and provide sound inputs and recommendations.
Assess cost effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as project develops.
 Acts as Lead Estimator on various projects and assists other groups from time to time..
 Manage, organize and plan the operation of the electrical department to achieve the energy efficiency, reduce downtime and increase productivity.
 Supervise and guide the electrical team to trouble shoot the daily electrical breakdown with standard procedures in order to meet the safety requirement.
 Data analysis on break down
 Calibration & electricity utilization (Improvement of machines capability, ability & efficiency).
 Review and approvals of material and material inspections.
 Site supervision and Quality control of all activities including stage wise inspections up to completion; witness all field and laboratory tests.
