Responsible for supervising and certifying the main contractor activities including:
• Health and Safety rules
•Preliminary groundwork
•Layout, N.S.L and required level confirmation before/after excavation
•Pile installation and Temporary propping
•Open cut, cut and cover excavation
•Rebar and formwork fixing
•Concrete works
•Rectification works
•Site progress
•Providing and coordinating administrative support to the project managers
•Identifying, collecting and compiling all information required to produce the Manufacturer’s Record Book (MRB) and ensuring that all requirements and deadlines were met
•Producing the Manufacturer’s Record Book (MRB) and liaising with other project parties to ensure compliance with Chromalox BSi approved procedures
•Carrying out all administration of QA for the project files and assisting with internal audits
•Assisting in the process of activity reporting
•Carrying out all administration associated with project documentation, including document control and maintenance of manufacturing records
•Planning and assisting other planners in the Maintenance Department
•Assisting the Project Manager in the project’s day to day tasks
•Checking and certifying the designer’s submissions including drawings, calculations and reports
•Estimating the cost of the project (Pre-tender)
