Prepare Contract summary as a brif contain all the important details of the project contract.
Prepares the WBS and the project budgets throw a study of the IFC drawing
Prepare and maintain detailed engineering, Fabrication and erection schedules including development of critical path and project float.
Preparing annualy, monthly and weekly production plan and reports.

-Design, manufacture and adjust a whole set of templates, jigs, tools and chassis for easy fitting or trial assembly, whichever the size or weight of the item.
- Create and develop Mass-production methods can match our industry to min. production hours and to help in maintain a repetitive high level of quality, guarantees accuracy of complicated geometries and facilitate erection work at site by economic in-shop trial assemblies.
- Organize the workshop in a certain way to min. the movement and handling time.
- Historical data and time measurement sheets to have areal data to enhance the performance of the manufacturing process.
- One of a team responsible for establishing an ERP system using StruMIS software
- Attended meetings in Germany's branch of DSD to compare the productivity between DSD Egypt and the workshop at Germany.
