The project involves the construction of a fertilizer plant with an annual production capacity of 550, 000 tons of nitrogen-based fertilizers per year. The complex consists of one ammonia production unit of 1, 200 ton/day capacity, implementing the KBR “Purifier” technology; one Urea melt production unit of 1, 500 ton/day capacity, implementing the “Pool Reactor” technology of Stamicarbon; and one Urea granulation unit of 1, 500 ton/day capacity, implementing the urea granulation technology of Stamicarbon.
Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments
Dealing with Project Quality documents in accordance with company specs that fulfils requirements of ASME code and client's specifications, Such as:
Project Quality Plan
NDT scope
Approved Welding procedure
NDT Procedures…, etc.
Manage, develop and insure the submissions of all Quality Control submittals required to start the construction activities including the client's approval and in full compliance with the project schedule
Categorization of the rejected EIRs, Root cause analysis for rejected EIRs to avoid repetition.
For NCRs: Ensure that NCRs are replied and closed within the time frame mentioned in the PQP.
For the Audit Findings; Taking the corrective actions required within one week from receiving the Audit Findings.
For the punch list items: Closing the items as they are actually corrected within I day from being notified by the construction team
