Dealing with Local and International suppliers, handling 450-500 items from local and international suppliers.
Dealing with all customers (Pak Suzuki Motor Company., Atlas Honda Cars) regarding their production & supplies.
Dealing and finalization with Customers for new business.
Verification of costing and dealing and negotiation of prices with Customers.
Preparation of Purchase, Sale and Inventory for customers, and for production floor.
Dealing with all local Vendors for Purchase of parts & Chemicals, and materials.
Budgeting and Forecast for Imports and local procurement.
Monitoring of warehouse in all aspects.
Working on different cost saving project, SGA & Hoshin
Monitoring of Import department in all aspects, and dealing freight forwarders & clearing agents
Have complete knowledge of SRO’s for concessionary import.
Dealing with Freight Forwarders, and Clearing agents for Import of material and sub components.
Finance Controlling, & Projections.
Preparation of Cash flows and Costing of Products.
E-filing of GST, and I. Tax returns, Processing of I. Tax Exemptions.
Dealt with Banks and all Freight Forwarders for Import / Export Shipments and documents.
Forecasting & budgeting of all Import / Export shipments.
Dealt with International Suppliers, and Customers for Import / Export of Raw materials and Finished Goods.
Dealt with Commercial Banks regarding import L/C’s, Pre / Post shipment Financing on Export and other financial borrowings.
Dealt with EDB, FBR regarding issuance of concessionary SRO’s.
Dealing with freight forwarder & clearing agents for import & export.
