Roles & Responsibilities
• Tasks are mainly BIM modeler, managing design and design development and preparing all
the architectural stages including preliminary, detailed design, and construction drawings.
• Develop and implement high-level architectural designs and technical solutions aligned with
project requirements.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation for design
approval.
• Ensure design feasibility, functionality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate concept design to construction documentation, ensuring design intent is
maintained.
• Prepare detailed layouts, joinery details, ceiling and wall designs, and finish schedules.
• Reviewing Shop drawings and comparing them with As Built and IFC drawings.
• Develops designs, working drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and related aspects for
required projects under the supervision of the senior concept designer.
• Prepare all the architectural working drawing sets and the details of interior drawings.
• Prepare the door window schedule and calculate the covered area.
• Conducted thorough reviews of clash detection reports to identify and resolve potential design,
Bim model and construction issues.
• Responsible for documentation and coordination with the consultant.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project managers to define project goals and
deliverables.
• Lead coordination meetings between architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve
design conflicts.
• Support site teams during execution to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Act as a bridge between design and construction, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality checks on design documents and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, international standards, and sustainability
requirements
• Provide technical guidance to design teams, engineers, and contractors.
• Evaluate and select appropriate construction materials, systems, and technologies.
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications from consultants
and contractors.
• Oversee BIM/Revit model management and ensure coordination among disciplines
(architectural, structural, MEP).
• Prepare Sketch up models and renderings.
• Supporting architectural team in all technical aspects.
• Maintain regular checks on Progress and program.
• Working on the design development areas for projects such as parks, recreational facilities,
commercial and residential sites, etc.
• As an office-based designer worked on multiple projects including commercial, residential and
hospitality, infrastructure and different types of projects her role involved.
• Review and Inspect quality of all materials at site and to ensure compliance to all project
specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and
maintain quality of materials.
• Communicating and coordinating with Surblund consultant office Design team.
• Prepare hardscape and landscape plans for urban settings, streetscapes, parks and
recreation, etc. including entitlement, site plan, and construction document
