- Handling all kinds of credit authorization( Automated, Mail Order, Manual).
- Issuing appropriate card support( NFCs, Lost, Stolen, Non Received)
- Issuing with incorporation with credit department cards limits and charge exceptions.
- Handling Customers and SE's requests.
- Cards Embossing
- Cards Remitance procedures for all branches and updating system with payments.
- Issuing all types of Air Tickets, and reservations
- Reception for V.I.P at the Airport with meet and assist procedures.
- Translation of all received complains and correspondences received for management.
- Announcing English News, and programs. (Recorded and On Air)
