• Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Confer with potential customers regarding transport needs and advise customers on types of equipment or vehicles to purchase or rent.
• Direct clerical staff to keep records of export and import correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
• Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures.
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Check goods received against F.P.O. or L.P.O.
• Annual Stock checking at the end of the year.
• Ensure all Store Receive Vouchers and Store Issue Vouchers have been auctioned daily.
• Managed 5 Drivers and 5 Staff along with 10 store assistants.
