• Product Training & Consumer Behaviours Trend Training to Sales Team.
• Appropriate Replenishment & Cut-Sizes Management.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Feedback.
Handled the Shoexpress Store which is spread in 5600 sqf with 6 staffs of the store in terms of Business development, follow up with MCs team, Operational parameters and organization standards.
Handled the Footprint Store which is spread in 4100 sqf with 20 staffs of the store in terms of Business development, follow up with MCs team, Operational parameters and organization standards.
