Tasks related to Quality assurance:
• Determine the minimal requirements and procedures needed for maintaining ISO certification.
• Ensuring that all team members have access to the Quality Control plan and objectives.
• Ensure that all team members are following safety procedures.
• Drive and Monitor QMS Audits
• Manage and Monitor Non- Conformities
• Follow up on implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Promote Opportunities to improve organization.
Tasks related to commercial and sales role:
• Introduce new suppliers to our client base to ensure their participation in any new opportunities and develop strong business relation-ship.
• Evaluate Tenders and Inquires.
• Communicate With sub suppliers to receive offers for required commodities.
• Helps in suppliers evaluation.
• Review received technical offers from sub-suppliers and analyze costs
• Prepare Technical and commercial offers to clients.
• Provide Technical support to clients in technical evaluation.
• Review Client Purchase orders and handover to Supply chain department.
• Prepare Technical Transmittals.
• Drive and Monitor QMS Audits.
• Manage and Monitor Non- Conformities.
• Follow up on implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote Opportunities to improve organization.
