Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and
ensure its strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understand their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
* Design and maintain databases
* File, retrieve documents and reference materials
* conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
* manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
* arrange and co-ordinate, travels, meetings and events
* record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
* monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
* answer and manage incoming calls and e-mails
* receive and interact with incoming visitors
* liaise with internal staff at all levels
* interact with external clients
* co-ordinate project-based work
* supervise, coach and train junior level staff
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer needs.
* Open and close cash registers, performing transactions and cash deposits
* Open and close shop.
* Achieving and crossing shop target and personal target
* Watch for security risks, thefts and handle these situations.
* Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
* Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
* Handling phone calls and cold calls during sale time
* Managing customers complains and make sure to solve them in professional manner.
* Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items.
* Help customers try on or fit merchandise and give them fashion advise
* Inventory stock and requisition of new stock
Receive patients into the intensive care or trauma unit and assess patients to determine the
intensity of disease or trauma and create nursing care plans to meet his or her specific
requirements.
Record patient's vitals on a periodic basis.
Administer oral medication, intramuscular and intravenous fluids.
Observe patients condition and ensure that any significant observations are reported to the
doctor.
Respond to life-saving situations by performing first aid and CPR, in accordance to standard
nursing protocols for treatment.
Set up, regulate and maintain life-saving or life-maintenance equipment such as ventilators.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care
plans for Patients in critical conditions.
Arrange complete bedside care such as support with urination, stool, grooming and bed
bathing.
Initiate patient education to teach both patients and their families how to manage their
illness
Monitor catheters, leads and tubing to ensure proper placement and functioning
Provide information regarding post-treatment homecare needs, including diet,
nutrition and exercises.
