Office Management - Event Management - Customer Service
• Handling monthly review meeting and Team-building events: Email
communication, outlook invites, venue booking,
catering service, guest arrangement including visas, hotel and transfer booking.
• Assisting the department head to organize his meetings (internal and external),
agenda, travelling schedule including
tickets, visas, hotel and transfer booking.
• Assigning and monitoring the monthly KPI for call center agents.
• Handling calls on behalf of CC agents with professional manner.
• Monitoring staff shift & annual leave and update records accordingly.

• Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxieties and increase patient
cooperation.
• Collect, organize and restock supplies in all units.
• Balance, calibrate and record appropriate hemodynamic data.
• Document all maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion.
• Collect all pertinent data and calculations to aid the biologist in
interpreting results.
• Enter patient, procedure and equipment into computer system and Keep
patient information confidential.
• Update job skills and knowledge by reading technical journals, taking
advantage of educational opportunities, and maintaining professional
networks
• Carrie out the goals of the organization by exploring opportunities to add
significance to job duties, and by accomplishing different and innovative
requests
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment by fulfilling and
recommending procedures, performing safety tests, complying with
codes, and guiding and training health care and medical personnel
