In Charge of all Supply chain and logistics related activities in terms of controlling, KPI’s analysis & reporting. Manage monthly
cycle counting across all PepsiCo Plants and distribution centre in line with company policies. Review stock-take results and
liaise with Plant Managers to ensure prompt resolution of identified count issues. Prepare reports showcasing fast and slow-
moving inventory and related financial risks. Analyse profit and loss (P&L) reserve for accurate documentation of finished
goods, spare parts, and raw materials. Execute write-off processes and related analyses. Facilitate internal and external
inventory audits to ensure accurate reporting. Present inventory deck analysis, cause of change charts, and aging materials
review. Develop inventory analysis showing actual days on hand & Days in inventory vs planned S&OP weekly and monthly
sales forecast. Establish operation deck to review monthly overhead costs and material usage variances.
