Responsibilities
1. Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office.
Main Activities
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
• Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
• Maintain an adequate of office supplies.
• Respond to public inquiries (employees staff)
• Type confidential documents on a word processing system
2. Provide support to the Chief and First Nation Administrator

• Maintain and setting schedules for the tourist guides for coming guests.

• Provide customer with new offers and channel packages.
• Ensure to meet customers’ needs.
