Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the products fit with the overall business strategy of the organization.
Ensure the profitability and continued growth of different products.
Responsible for market analysis (Competitors, Trends, Supplier Information, etc.).
New Solution opportunity assessment.
Analyze product profitability and sales success.
Collaborate with different departments involved in the product life cycle (development, quality, UX/UI) through an agile process.
Gather requirements from existing and potential customers as well as recent evaluators, writing market requirements documents or Agile product backlogs, and monitoring the implementation of each product project.
Contribute in developing pricing schemas.
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries.
Serve as an expert about the products for the organization, which includes providing training for employees such as salespeople, pre-sales and customer service representatives to assist in optimizing sales and customer satisfaction.
Close interaction with development leads, product architects, and key customers.
Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product.
Assist the managers in business planning, solutions conceptualization, and solutions portfolio management.
Actively contribute in product-based presales activities, customer demos/presentations.
Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution for new and existing products.
Follow up on the product after the launch for the required improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain product features definition/roadmap.
Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the requirements & objectives of each product.
Monitor internal processes for efficiency and validity pre & post product launch/changes.
Review a product design, suggest enhancements, and oversee development to ensure marketability of the product.
Work with the marketing professionals to study demand trends in markets and review competitors' initiatives.
Communicate business trends with internal partners / departments.
Define market requirements and grouping the features into product releases.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform customer product demonstrations and supporting targeted sales opportunities.
Selecting and training channel partners on how to sell and use the firm's products.
Provide consulting services for customers in different industries.
Provided feedback on the releases of new products.
Act as the mediator between client and sales team both in business and technical capacity.
Work directly as well as with partners where relevant.
Assist/work with the sales team to develop the selling strategy within the target accounts.
Create and deliver effective presentations and sales tools for the sales team.
Architect/design some of the most complex solutions using the latest technologies.
Work with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers.
Helping sales executives by making technical presentations, answering technical questions and managing customer trial through e-mail, phone and on-site visits.
Offered post and pre sales technical support for current and new customers.
Lead a team of pre-sales engineers (4 engineers).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide product updates and technical advice to clients.
Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executives.
Consult on ECM products, document management, business process automation and web content management, as well as the platform technology.
Perform presentations and demonstrations to customers and key executives.
Develop technical and business solutions.
Met with channels/customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
Work closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions
Assists and participates in developing RFI, RPF and RFQ responses.
Lead a team of pre-sales engineers (2 engineers).
Key Responsibilities:
Studying the client's business needs through data gathering and analysis.
Develop pilots and proof-of-concept samples.
Develop products competitive analysis.
Develop technical proposals including project sizing estimation and project plans.
Develop financial proposals.
