As Stakeholder Manager for the Gold Line Underground Project, key responsibility is facilitating the engagement of project stakeholders relating to Client Relationship, External and Internal Interfaces and Project Approvals.
Providing Project guidance and input to the Project Directorship and ME Board, relative to Internal and External Key Stakeholders with interest and influence, and the management of these relationships.
Identifying, managing and mitigation stakeholder risk, and understanding thresholds for escalation and commercial relevance directly having impact on the project delivery.
Managing the expectations of stakeholders, understanding the needs and requirements and communicating these needs with the objective of providing solutions of mutual benefit.
Direct dealings with Government stakeholders on Interfacing Projects with Gold Line Metro, and working with the project design and technical teams to achieve resolution.
Key external government stakeholders: Ashghal Expressways Program (KBR), Kahramaa Electricity and Water Authority, Ashghal Asset, Infrastructure and Drainage Departments, CPO Office, PEO,
Package management for the QCDD (Qatar Civil Defence) submissions and the liaison with QCDD and QR representatives for the approval process.
