Job Purpose: Managing HR tasks and organizational training process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recruitment:
Manage the recruitment process.
Set Schedule for new employees.
Design and conduct new employee orientations.
* Training and Development:
Manage oversees training process.
Develop the training plan, based on input from the strategic plan training needs
and department training needs.

Monitor the training process.
Facilitate training logistics.
Verify course evaluation has been done.
Maintain records (i.e. responsible for storing evaluation forms, training material,
etc).
* Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits:
Manage periodic employee evaluation process
implementation.
Create and model new performance appraisal system
Implement 360 degree system.
Update Career Path & Competency
