Invite and assist Guests for Daa’wa activity.
Arrange transportation for Guests (to and fro Majlis).
Maintains Guests details for record and follow-up purposes.
Provides Islamic handouts and books as introductory tool for learning.
Handles business development of the product within the assigned zone.
Prepares Quotations / Sales Orders / tenders for corporate.
Develop good customer relationship, convince clients, negotiate and close deals successfully.
Compare the prices and update the Sales Manager for the differences.
Prepares and update sales report on Daily, Weekly and Monthly frequencies.
Maintaining detailed knowledge about the company products.
Directs Customers to the products being sold.
Analyze Sales quotas and goals established by immediate Manager.
Analyze Sales statistics gathered by Staffs to determine sales potential and inventory requirements
Monitor the preferences of the customers and demonstrates merchandise.
Receives, stores, and issue floor merchandise.
Attend queries for the purpose of creating interest in purchasing the product.
Sustains healthy customer service satisfaction.
Sales support for IT/Computer products and accessories as well as technical support for customers.
Provides demonstrations and intensive view of the features of a certain IT/Computer products.
Hardware and software troubleshooting, configuration, installation, & assembly.
Online support for setup, configuration, maintenance, and installation of the products.
Attends to customer complaints, & efficiently handle customer queries online and over the counter.
Maintaining records from the customer and suppliers (Job cards, stock replacements).
Suppliers and Customers correspondence, system data feeding and other document useful for Customer Care.
Handles telephone sales inquiries, customer complaints and other services related to product.
Provides customer service support by giving first-hand information on products and services.
Handles sales to walk-in customers including product demonstration.
Telemarketing sales promotions and other marketing schemes.
Follow-up calls on all potential customers and other sales leads.
Computer data entry of sales updates as well as maintenance/upgrade of customer data base.
