Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, engineers, and Electrical, to
ensure job success.
• Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget,
architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
• Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or
equipment, and colour coordination.
• Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.
• Review details of technical drawings or specifications.
• Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client and consultant for
approval.
• Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies,
paint and wall coverings, artwork, furniture, and related items.
• Coordinate interior design and installation activities.
• Doing all the work and tasks related to Selection, design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and
accessories.
• Develop artistic design concepts for both residential decoration, and commercial purposes.
• Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
• Experienced in managing direct and sub-contract labours and workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiated and responsible for brands:
In terms of brand management, placing orders, contracting suppliers, launching and marketing
strategies, sales performance, development and introducing new products to market.
• Manage the development of Marketing strategy & objectives for the assigned brand.
• Manage the development & implementation of marketing activities according to plans in order to
maximize brand share and long‐term profitability.
• Manage spending within budget.
• Recommend, initiate and implement timely pricing adjustments in order to optimize profit.
• Lead the development and implementation of effective advertising and promotional campaigns for the
brands.
• Work closely with Market Research and Product Development, identify opportunities and recommend
the launch of new teams/products with the assigned VM team.
• Monitor performance against plans, recommending and making changes if necessary.
• Initiate and manage Market or Consumer Research, following up with appropriate recommendations.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend appropriate responses/action.
• Train, develop and appraise subordinate.
• Completes reports and carries out effective communication and handover activities in accordance with
