Working with Saudi Aramco, Biggest Oil & Gas producer Worldwide
⬧ Supervising QHSE Teams of 30 “Rig safety coordinators- RSTC” Working In 17 Oil & Gas Drilling and Work-Over land & offshore Rigs.
⬧ Acts as Deputy HSSE Manager while the country HSSE manager is out of country.
⬧ Participating in Developing, Revising & Updating Country specific QHSE Polices & Procedures to meet The country HSE objectives and international standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, OSHA, ANSI, API) along with client “ARAMCO” management system & KSA HSE Legislations.
⬧ Established ADES bridging documents with Saudi Aramco to allocate different operational risks, agree on the provisions and on which safety management elements will be used when
co-operating on a project, contract or operation.
⬧ Support country Management team with the different phases of planning, coordination and
implementation of short term and long term QHSE plans, adapting effective HSE guidelines and industry best practices & procedures to meet the client and the corporate KPI objectives.
⬧ Initiate and develop HSE campaigns, programs & workshops in order to improve BBS amongst the work force which will eventually results in tremendous reduction in LTIR & TRIR incidents rates.
⬧ Assist Country Management for ensuring HSE compliance in land rig and company facilities,
perform planned & unplanned HSE audits & rigs visits across the fleet to identify operational potential risks and apply SMARTER short term and long term corrective/ preventive actions in order to eliminate or reduce the operational risks to ALARP level.
⬧ Provide support to Project and Operations team in all aspects of occupational health, safety,
security & environment.
⬧ Develop the regional HSSE annual plans and objectives with cooperation from country
management to ensure continuous sustainability and meet the set targets by KSA client “Saudi Aramco”, ADES corporate & ADES KSA targets.
⬧ Initiate and manage monthly & annual HSE trend analysis & statistics, by monitoring the leading & lagging indicators from the fleet against Company KPI elements in order to initiate gap analysis studies and identify the areas for improvements.
⬧ Ensure HSE leading indicators (HSE trainings, tool box meetings, BBS, Hazard reporting systems, near miss reporting, emergency response drills, etc..) are implemented as part of the company HSE programs.
⬧ Being a certified team leader investigator and Taproot Trainer, I’m Leading incidents Investiga-tions using TAPROOT Root Cause Analysis investigation methodology to identify causal factors along with associated root causes to initiate SMARTER corrective/preventive controls and pro-cesses and share technical & HSE learned lessons with the Regional Management
Worked as Senior HSE compliance Auditor for Oil & Gas French Operator TOTAL E&P. supervising different On-shore drilling and work-over contractors’ rigs at “Al-Jafra Field- Deir Ezzor, Syria”.
⬧ Assessing contractors` compliance with TOTAL safety management system, determining
incompliance areas and advising action plans.
⬧ Conduct & supervise scheduled & unscheduled audits on contractors & sub-contractors sites.
⬧ Conducting regular rigs visit to support TOTAL foremen on various HSSE & operational aspects.
