• Leading a quality RCCP ( Rough Cut Capacity Planning) in the plant, to check if sufficient capacity is available on all supply chain elements.
• Leading the supply chain team so that it will achieve its business objectives: perfect availability and zero defect initiative delivery thus meeting the business/project needs at minimal inventory and costs. By doing so, contributing to the volume growth of the MDO's and profit growth of the GBU (General Business Unit)
• Finished Product, Raw &Packing Material planning coordination as well as initiatives management
• Ensuring MDO SLAs and Supplier SLEAs are prepared & updated annually
• Meetings Management (Supply Reviews, Business Reviews, Inventory Parameters Reviews, Weekly department meetings, RCCP Meetings, Pre-S&OP (Sales and operating plans) meetings)
• Optimizing the Supply Chain (related to the Producing Site), via continuously balancing demand and leveraging the Supply Chain capabilities, to optimize inventories and reduce logistics cost
• Apply the tools provided by programs like MSM, IWS, Assess and build the right level of organization capacity by staffing plans, balanced division of work and ongoing training to the team.
