The Site Integrated Planning capability manager is responsible for building the capability in the SIP team in India's different sites, and making sure that the right/Standard planning tools/methods are being deployed and followed.
He is also responsible of the governance of the SIP organization and assuring that standard work processes are being followed, innovative ideas are being captured and reapplied.

Networking leverage the technical mastery across the different plants/categories and enable fast reapplication and projects vertical startups, also it allows solid governance across the different categories/sites.
The SIP HPN leader is responsible for deploying, maintaining & develop the standard work processes that is being followed in MEA PSC, and align them with the global team.
Site Integrated Planning Horizontal Process Network Leader is also responsible for maintaining the right capability within the SIP team across MEA Planning Service Center. I insure that the standard work processes are deployed and executed effectively, in addition I am responsible to anticipate the capability gaps and bridge them through the training courses that I give and /or coordinate.
I'm also responsible for doing the SIP mapping and matching for the new sites that are being integrated into the planning service center and put the action plan and help them to get to the right standard work processes.

As a Fabric and home care SIP operations leader I was responsible for ensuring that the necessary Integrated Planning work processes and systems are continuously followed, improved & linked to the corresponding business strategies and plans, and are effective in delivering the site's share of the business requirements. On Top of That I was leading the SIP part in the End to End learning market successful program in Near East, which lead to having MEA planning service center located in Egypt.

Specifically, the SIP operations leader is accountable for: • Increasing product availability and service at the designated ship-from locations, for the corresponding SKUs.
• Liaising frequently and investing energy in a good relationship with the MDO's (Market development Organization) and key suppliers, to build market understanding and ensure customer/supplier satisfaction.
• Leading a quality RCCP ( Rough Cut Capacity Planning) in the plant, to check if sufficient capacity is available on all supply chain elements.
• Leading the supply chain team so that it will achieve its business objectives: perfect availability and zero defect initiative delivery thus meeting the business/project needs at minimal inventory and costs. By doing so, contributing to the volume growth of the MDO's and profit growth of the GBU (General Business Unit)
• Finished Product, Raw &Packing Material planning coordination as well as initiatives management
• Ensuring MDO SLAs and Supplier SLEAs are prepared & updated annually
• Meetings Management (Supply Reviews, Business Reviews, Inventory Parameters Reviews, Weekly department meetings, RCCP Meetings, Pre-S&OP (Sales and operating plans) meetings)
• Optimizing the Supply Chain (related to the Producing Site), via continuously balancing demand and leveraging the Supply Chain capabilities, to optimize inventories and reduce logistics cost
• Apply the tools provided by programs like MSM, IWS, Assess and build the right level of organization capacity by staffing plans, balanced division of work and ongoing training to the team.

QC Starting Material analyst is responsible for inspecting the raw material upon receipt, and give the right decision on the spot. also responsible for analyzing chemicals in case if there is any out of specs during the production, I was also responsible for water analysis, micro lab and packing material release.
