DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Preparation of payment certificates for Sub-contractors payment.
3.Preparation of Schedule for Windows, Doors and Tiles for Ordering purposes.
3. Have the responsibility to prepare and get approval of different plans (Main plans, Block work plans, Main Elevations, Main Sections, Cross Sections and Curtain Wall Detail and Sections, Ceiling plans, Flooring plans, Wall sections, Toilet details etc. for the whole project.
4. Provide aid in selecting material for site development for interior and exterior jobs.
5. Providing technical expertise to all Departments for execution of work and maintain the work sequence.
6. Preparation of shop drawings and details as per tender drawings and specifications.
7. Finalize the As-built Drawing after project completion.
