• Manage ICT projects; maintain work breakdown structure and project budget in SAP PS.
• Update project progress in project management portal.
• Manage department’s purchase; create purchase requisitions, service entries, goods receipt in SAP MM and SRM.
• Assist Company’s Procurement; create contracts, purchase orders, release orders in SAP MM and SRM.
• SAP MM-SRM Analyst; configure enterprise structure, SRM organization structure, perform UT, SIT and UAT, data preparation for UT, SIT, UAT, TTT and EUT.
• Manage SAP workshops and Trainings.
• Perform support for SAP MM-SRM.
• Implementing and managing Change and Release Management processes.
• Responsible for IT communication to stakeholders.
• Conduct IT change review process with CAB members.
• Responsible for IT customer services.
• Managing Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Ensure the compliance of IT Service Level Agreement.
• Implementing and managing Company’s directory service using Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory (Domain Administrator).
• Implementing and managing Company’s email system using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 (Exchange Administrator).
• Managing Citrix XenApp (Citrix Administrator).
• Manage department’s purchase requisitions and service entries in SAP R/3 System.
* Provide computer and network support within agreed service level agreement.
* Provide L1 (first level) and onsite support resolution of incident.
* Produce monthly IT service performance report.
* Responsible for the Company's telecommunication system (analog and digital (Nortel Networks)).
