Acting as a business owner within (The Royal Commission Al Ula, for the development of the historical region Al Ula and it’s surrounding Khaybar county and Tayma city within the KSA 2030 Vision. Dealing with renowned global consultants (Coen & P- Foster & P - Urbis - AECOM & others) for the conservation and the development of the historical and archeological sites within the region “called journey through time” (UNESCO site Hegra, 1st KSA Geopark including volcanoes and caves). Tasks includes but not limited to :
* Reviewing Master Planning & Urban Design for MP4 Khaybar - MP5 Tayma - Therba & Shalal districts.
*The Zonning Plan for AlUla County - Khaybar - Tayma + regulations & guidelines.
* Urban Governance ( Process & Procedures ).

* Urban Design and Planning for international projects as :
Urban Re-organisation of a popular neighborhood, Planning for a Seaside resort on the mediteranean Egyptian
coast, Design for a multimodal exchange transport pole in Tunis, Design of an urban residential compound at the
east of Paris.
* Academic Tasks: *Participation in Urban conferences & seminars in Europe and several French universities
concerning urban problems in the middle east area.
* Consultancy within an academic team for revision of the greater Paris region urban code after addition of suburbans and new circular metro line "Grand Paris", in term to advice The regional authority with recommendations
affecting land use, Housing, transportation, service facilities

Representing the client side to manage the construction of many Facilities for a pharmaceutical group exporting Pharma & cosmetics products.

* The coordination between different actors of the project as the international consultants, contractors and the
Governmental authority for permits beside dealing with stakeholders, going through different phases from
conception, Bidding, contractors choice then follow up of the construction works on site.
The project is consisting of a 42 high standing villas, a 5 stars Hotel JW Marriott, a commercial center and an
international school

A collaboration within a multidisciplinary team in charge of carrying out an urban study of the Courchevel winter
sport resort and comparative study with international ski resorts in Switzerland and Italy in order to develop the
final plans for the future extension project of the "Courchevel 1850", executed in 2001.

* Design for an eco friendly activity park, two acres, "Ecopole 93" in Montreuil France, Based on ecological guide
lines.
*Urban design for the integration of an urban transport line (Tramway / Bus) in a main boulevard des provinces
Françaises Nanterre, France.

In charge of the site supervision for special works (Injection under station platforms) carried out by the french sub
contractor Soletanche Bachy Egypt

Member of the special works technical office in charge of the foundations and retaining walls quality control for
the 4 underground floors (Bibliotheca Alexandrina revival Project).
