Responsibilities
〓 Sustain and improve reliability, plant operation and maintenance by effective preventive and Shutdown
maintenance and maintaining & documenting schedule for plant Electrical Equipments
〓 Project and maintenance jobs for Electrical Power Distribution system, testing & troubleshooting of MV/LV
switch gear and control wirings.
〓 Implement and Follow DuPont safety standard for electrical O&M and Project Planning and Execution work.
〓 Coordinating and managing the daily operations line up daily activities and follow-up.
〓 Operation & Maintenance work for continuous operation of Plant by performing annual shutdown and preventive maintenance of various electrical equipments HT/LT motor(2200KW
CGL, SIEMENS, KIRLOSKAR), PCC/MCCs, APFC panels, HT capacitor reactors, HT panels 6.6KV
VCBs, 2MVA Transformers, LRS, GRR, VFDs, Transmission line, Switch yard 220KV/6.6KV with 25MVA
transformers, 66KV/6.6KV with 15MVA transformers, Relay Control panels.
〓 Testing of relays, Co-ordination of relays, Transformer oil filtration jobs, Services of ACB and HT breakers,
Overhauling of HT motors, all Plant LT motors as per schedule.
〓 Calibration and testing of all Electrical measuring instruments
〓 Maintaining 5s, Housekeeping in workarea, Developing Improvement kaizens,

preparing budget, material estimate, material procurement, cable scheduling, erection commissioning of HT
motor (2200KW CGL), LRS, GRR, LT motors(225KW), Distribution transformer(ABB, VoltAmp, CGL), LT Panels
like MCC, PCC, APFC(L&T) and Battery Charger, HT panel(6.6KV ABB, Siemens) Erection commissioning of
VFD ( L&T, ABB)
〓 Preparing estimate with detail electrical engineering as per System design, technical communication with
vendor
〓 Operation & Maintenance work for continuous operation of Cement mill Section by performing shutdown
and preventive maintenance of above all electrical equipments.
〓 Coordinating the project activities and managing the daily operations
〓 Implement and Follow DuPont safety standard for electrical substations
〓 Working on SAP (ERP)systems for routine activity
〓 Updating Single line diagrams, Control drawings, Equipment layout, Earthing layout, preparing cableschedule
