Lead the business finance function, which involves Management Reporting, Budgeting & Performance management.
Monthly closing for management books after performing all checks, reconciliations and in compliance with all policies.
Providing monthly pack to the management, business & cost centers on financial performance & health of business.
Conduct and lead the monthly business review meetings by presenting the meaningful information in clear, concise and summarized manner to narrate performance with leading & lagging indicators with areas to focus on to meet targets.
Enable waterfall analysis on Risks & opportunities to help business in visualizing the targets & gaps by providing clear visibility on the current run rates along with estimated future income flow to achieve a more realistic forecast.
Drive a disciplined cost culture with cost intelligence that allows the management team to tightly manage controllable costs
Budget preparation based on discussions with business head/ operational stakeholders aligned with business strategy.
