Sistema Shyam TeleServices Ltd. (SSTL) is a venture, involving equity participation by Sistema Joint Stock Financial Corporation of Russia (“SISTEMA JSFC”), the Russian Federation and the Shyam Group of India. Sistema JSFC is the majority shareholder in the Company. SSTL operates its telecom services in India under the MTS brand (CDMA technology) and provides mobile broadband services under the MBlaze brand.
Task & Responsibilities:
•Preparing and Reporting of Prepaid and Postpaid revenue for all the 9 circles within timelines.
•Ensuring prepaid and Postpaid Revenue are accurately accounted through reconciliation process.
•Reconciliation of Paper Voucher for all the 9 circles on monthly basis and taking necessary action for deviation.
•Preparation of UTIBA Movement on daily basis with no major difference. Due to this, there is no major difference in UTIBA GL reconciliation.
•Reporting of Revenue on Quarterly basis to TRAI.
•Forecast and flash reporting for the month with reason for variance between forecast, current month actual and previous month actual.
•Evaluation of all the products before they are being launched with respect to financial impact, statutory compliance and valid reasoning.
•Price configuration of new products in SAP for billing purpose. Further ensuring that products are made live as per approval
•Billing of Other streams of revenue like, IUC ( Voice and SMS), NR, IR, etc as per agreement and ensuring timely collection from customer.
•Preparation of Audit Schedules as per auditor’s requirement within timelines.
•Validation of various revenue related MIS reports w.r.t. its completeness and accuracy.
•Performing UATs on various new business processes and developments.
