Automated Packaging Industry. Well conversant with various manufacturing processes such as Laser cutting, Fabrication, Machining, Surface Treatments.Through knowledge in purchase of mechanical as well as electrical bought outs such as gear boxes, motors, belts, chains, cables, switch gear items, industrial automation items, sensors, PLC’s, HMI etc.
CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling an entire team of 4 people in the Purchase department of the firm.
• Ensuring smooth flow of the purchasing activities starting from making inquiries of products required for project to timely deliveries from the suppliers in india and abroad.
• Building and maintaining relations with the supplier to stay updated with the market
conditions and also the prevailing rates of products
• Preparing MIS for Management's review on the working of the entire department.
• Heading the reporting department of the firm and ensuring timely preparations and circulation of the reports to the management to keep the Director updated with the entire processing of the various orders.
• Directing the accounts department for distribution of funds to suppliers as per ageing
with hands on experience in all departments of pump industry, i.e. right from procurement of raw materials for stainless steel foundry upto finish casting production in foundry, machining of components, assembly of pumps and testing of pumps. Through knowledge of all metallics grades used in chemical pump industry. Well conversent with all ASTM and IS standards used for chemical composition of metals
from
