Worked as prime contractor civil site engineer in HOME 3 (Villa project) comprising of 2 basements, G+2
civil amenties like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, library, master bedroom, terrace garden, winter garden, landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Work execution as per the approved GFC drawing and approved method statement inline with the BOQ and technical specification.
•Coordinating with QC department and client.
•Rising technical queries to the client and followup.
•Sub-contractor bill preparation and updating MR book.
•Tiling work, flooring as well as dado work as per architecture and GFC drawing.
•Water proofing as per the approved method statement and technical specification.
•Interior work such as false ceiling, wooden doors, painting work, flooring work.
•Labour and materials management for the intime delivery on the project.
