Controlling & monitoring of 11kV power distribution system for complete 265 km rail line by SCADA.
•Controlling & monitoring of HVAC and Access control system for complete line (i.e. shelters, buildings and sub-stations).
•Monitoring of Freight Control System. (Hot box & hot wheel detector, weight in motion, rail temperature, acoustic bearing detector, video monitoring system and dragging equipment).
•Monitoring of signaling (ETCS L2), telecommunications equipment, BMS, SMS, UPS, Fire detection and Low voltage of all buildings.
•Fault recording, reporting by asset management system (SAP) and arranging corrective maintenance team during operation affecting failure.
•Prepare switching orders that will isolate work areas without causing power outages.
•Coordinate with engineers, operations planner, field personnel, or other utility workers to provide information such as clearances, switching orders etc.
•Respond to emergencies, such as power failures, liaising with local power distribution authorities and normalized power supply by using another circuit and support control room supervisor as required.
Project execution including planning, designing (Employer Side) of Power Supply.
•Follow up T&C schedule and participate co-ordination of internal meetings.
•Worked for Receiving Sub Station (RSS) 66/33/27.5 kV project final testing as per design, commissioning and witness at site of electrical equipment like Power Transformer, Station Transformer, Lightning arrester, Circuit breaker, Cable, CT&PT, ACDB, DCDB, Battery Charger, Battery Bank, Protection Relays, SCADA System and GIS Switchyard.
•Operation and Maintenance works RSS (Receiving Sub Station) 66/33 & 66/27.5 kV (66 & 27.5 kV Gas Insulated Substation).
Inspection and factory testing of new transformers as per GTP before dispatch at our store.
•Inspection of major electrical equipments/FAT and commissioning supervision.
•Vendor’s drawings and specification review and approval as per requirement.
•Handle maintenance and implementation responsibilities of transformer department.
•Play the role of a technical advisor/supporter to Procurement departments in critical engineering matters (elated to transformer).
•Testing & Maintenance of Distribution & Power transformers up to 10/12.5 MVA.
•Management of work assigned to service providers.
•Monitoring of work carried out by Service Provider.
•Perform negotiation with vendors and contractors thereby maintaining cost effective and high quality service.
•Break Down attends in 11kV & 33kV feeders.
•Surveying for 33 kV, 11 kV & LT Industrial consumers & for Domestic Light & Fan consumers.
•Perform all aspects of testing and maintenance of electrical power distribution system.
•Auditing & Updating Record of Distribution Transformers by SAP.
•Complaints monitoring through complaint centre and complaint attending team for Industrial Consumers, Urban & Rural.
•Controlling over SSO & Breakdown Attend Team.
Graduation completed by distance education. Certificate will be available on request.
