• Understand WBS and work with management and Project team/Subcontractors in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control.
• Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (Primavera - P6)
• Coordinate schedule from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule also to provide programme codes for 4D Modelling using Naviswork software.
• Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority activities.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports for the project.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents, fabrication status and construction of all discipline.
• Perform probabilistic analysis of completion dates and potential alternatives. Present risk based analysis of most likely completion and expected deviation range.
• Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team.
• Participate all meeting (i.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on).
• Risk analysis & mitigation plan.
• To expedite material & equipment supplies
• Delay claim Analysis & Time Impact analysis.
• Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, Primavera.

• Planning/Coordinating for the project, Cost Controlling, Rate analysis, Reports analysis like Job Cost Report, System Compliances Reports. Vendor Development, Negotiation with vendor regarding procurement of equipments and other fabrication and erection jobs, Risk analysis & mitigation.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. Prepare project organization and communication charts Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner. Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
• Assist the PM in the review of Vendor/Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval. Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Preparing L2 schedules, Construction Schedule, Manpower & P&M Schedules for the projects, monitoring the project schedules prepared and serving the site to get the resources as per the schedule, by working closely with various departments.
• To expedite material & equipment supplies, procurement of steel, cement at site. Working on Value engineering constructability and developing new ideas to find how we can speed up our work process at sites with optimum cost.
• Co-ordination with the Site/HQ/Vendor to mitigate any hindrance in the work or supply of materials, drawing/doc. etc. To maintain drawing/ document register and to reconcile materials for proper consumption and minimum wastage.

• To prepare RFI (Request for Inspection), Reports, carrying out inspection work with clients.
• To prepare Cost estimates of the project on a monthly basis. (Forecasting Billings & Expenditures).
• Collection of advances from the Client as per terms and conditions.
• Quarterly projection for dispatch and collection.
• Vendor development.
• Responsibility includes conceptualizing and executing large state-of-the-art projects, engineering co-ordination, procurement for the project, client/ consultant co-ordination till the project handover and contract closure including claim management & risk evaluation.

Liaison with the client QA/QC and Inspection Department.
Carry out inspections of works for compliance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan and Quality requirements as per client's Specification. Maintain all record of inspection.
Finalization of requirement and specialization in consultation with collaborations/promoters as well as project scheduling including material & manpower planning.
Prepration of PQP, FQP, Method Statements Risk Analysis as per approved specification and drawings.
