Strategize and execute the recruitment plan for 9 countries - KSA, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and Greece.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing, Head-hunting, Screening, Interviewing, Interview Coordination, Negotiation and Onboarding) for positions across all departments and levels
Build relationship with high potential passive candidates and maintain a pipeline
Maintain competitor, market and talent maps to analyze recruitment trends

• Manage leave summaries, generation of pay slips, certificates, NOC and
warning letters
• Procure, manage, track, set up and allocate company assets (Laptops,
Phones and Sim-cards)
Key Achievements:
• Grew InstaShop’s headcount by 300% which facilitated new business
expansion in 8 more verticals other than groceries
• Doubled monthly hiring numbers to cope up with growth in the Covid-19
Pandemic
• Hired 12 employees through a passive candidates’ pipeline saving agency
cost (approx. 190, 000 USD) and time spent on each hiring
• Standardized recruitment process globally
• Built an internal recruiter efficiency dashboard to measure team and
individual efficiency
• Contributed to improving quality of hire, 23 percent of total hires have
been promoted
• Responsible for managing Junior and Mid Senior level mandates independently across functions, across industries.
• Lead the entire recruitment process: Posting job adverts, building a talent pool according to the client's need, screening and interviewing candidates, presenting profiles to the line manager at client side, aligning interviews, follow up on further recruitment process, recording the updates in database, issuing recruitment invoice, following up with candidate and client post placement, send feedback to rejected applicants.
• Assist Senior consultant with gathering market insight and initial candidate engagement for Senior level mandates.
