As an automation engineer in the company, I got to handle the purchase of equipment for assembly of different machines and interaction of sensors with motors, belt actuators and PLCs. My first project onsite was at Putzmeister, Goa. There we had installation and commissioning of machines done for the monitoring and control of welding processing of the company.
I have been an exhibitor at WIN India 2015, Delhi where I acquired the skill of assembling a warehouse automation model and programming the same. I learnt about interaction with different customers and developed the skill to work hard till the job gets done.
Currently I have been On Site for a project at a capsule punches manufacturing company. I am deployed alone to handle the whole project. The Project is for quality inspection of the metal punches that are being manufactured as per Euro Norms. The tasks assigned here are Server Installation and management. I am in charge of installation of Pressure gauges, micrometers and measuring instruments and integration with the Touch Screen interface. Testing of the software for the various parameters measured and front end bug fixing. Handling of the customer issues on site and getting the work done.

Developed Skills to manage people during the project work done in each semester. Learnt time and resource management during exams with limited resources. Designed and developed projects like Automatic Stationary providing machine from the root level. Gained practical knowledge of programming industrial robots like Kuka, Fanuc, ABB. During with I picked up skills like handling various softwares and giving presentations and lectures. Learn different subjects like sensors programming and integration, PLC programming with pneumatics and hydraulics. Microcontrollers programming and designing of various MicroElectroMechanical Systems like pick and place end effector using heating and cooling mechanism for optical fibres. Gained knowledge of quality control and instruments which are used in the industry for measurement.
