Reporting to DGM - Projects. Working as Project Incharge for all the Civil and Infrastructure works of company’s Defence and EEL Plant independently. Managing 2 contractors (1 for Buildings and 1 for Earth Work/Road Work) team including 3 Project Manager, 5 Engineers, 12 Supervisors and about 200+ Labors. Also manage contractors for Painting Work, Aluminum Work and Interior Work. Company has more than 4500 Employees)

TANZANIA
Construction of new Bulk Plant at Kisarawe, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. Plant having area 110 Acres
with scope of work includes construction of 3.7KM barbed wire fencing and 1.9KM chain link fencing
along with 4 Magazines, 1 Ammonium Nitrate Store, Weigh Bridge, 1 Production Plant (Explosive), 1
Production Plant (Detonators), 1 Engineering Store/Workshop, 2 Silo of 20 Ton, Administrative Office,
Electrical Room & DG, Boiler House, Fire Hydrant System for plant with Pump House. Work also
consist of around 4KM of Bitumen and Concrete Road. Both Production plants are PEB.

Construction of more than 20 operation/manufacturing buildings and 6 PEB Shed along with War Head Testing platform, R&D Building, Induction Room facility for Security and HR Dept. Also constructed Retreat Building at Hill Top including Conference Hall, Rest Room, Kitchen, WC/Bath, Suit Room, Gazebo with Hi-end finishing. RETREAT BUILDING PROJECT GETS AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING STRUCTURE FOR YEAR 2017-18 BY L&T INFRATECH, NAGPUR. Constructed internal Cement Concrete Road of about 5 KM and external Bitumen Road of about 12 KM (including roads for adjacent village as a part of CSR).
2 Earthen Dams are constructed in Defence Plant premises for storage of rainwater having combine capacity about 40 Million Liters. One artificial pond of 2.5 Million Liters capacity is constructed and connected with canal’s which collect rainwater from catchment area.
A boiler house of 2TPH is constructed at companies Bulk Plant in Ramgarh (JH).
Managing in house Stone Quarry and Crusher which produce aggregates of sizes 60mm, 40mm, 20mm, 10mm, 6mm & stone dust. Blasting for getting stones for crusher is carried out at Stone Quarry. Also managing 2 in house batching plant. Small plant is manually operated with capacity of around 60cu.m per day and bigger plant with 2 SILO (Cement & Fly Ash) having capacity of more than 200 CU.M per day. Also did control blasting for several buildings to get required depth for foundation. Different grades of concrete i.e. M15, M20, M25, M30, M35, M40 are used. Also looking after gardening of entire plant. SUCCESSFULLY ACHIVED 2112698 MAN HOURS WITHOUT A LOST TIME FROM SEP-2015 TILL JUNE-2019 FOR CIVIL AND GARDENING WORK.

•Al Batinah Coastal Housing Project Phase-1 (2200 Units) - A Government of Oman's Project consist of 2, 200 housing units to compensate the house owners affected by Al Batinah coastal road project. Work includes 3, 4 & 5 Bedroom Villas. Different precast units like Slab, Staircase, External Boundary Wall, Copping, Arches, Lintels, Bathroom Unit and External Column are used. Work includes use of Insulated, Solid and Hollow blocks. Different types of concrete used are C10, C20, C25, C30 and C35. Project also includes construction and lighting of 142-km-long roads that serve these houses. Client: Ministry of Housing. Consultant: AL-Manarrah Consultancy & Supervision.
