TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
•Trouble shooting in DCS makes EMERSON Ovation OV 100, SIEMENS S7-400&1000.
•Trouble shooting and status checking of field PLC’s make GE PHANUK, SIEMENS (PCS-7), ALLEN BRADLY.
•Analysis checking of alarms & tripping (both boiler & T.G) in DCS, with preparation of Log-sheets.
•Preparation of schedules for preventive maintenance of instruments and panels. (Daily, monthly & weekly PM).
•Handling of Annual overhauling maintenance of boilers and turbines .
•Shut down and break down maintenance of power plant instruments.
•Measurement & Control of parameters- temperature, pressure, level, flow and density (sensors, indicators, controllers, transmitters) (YOKOGAWA, KENT).
•Scheduled maintenance of burner systems (WESMAN SYSTEMS) both over fired & under fired.
•Trouble shooting in ash handling and de-dusting system (MECGALE SYSTEMS, MACAWBER BEEKAY).
•Maintenance of unloading systems (dry & moist ash) in silos.
•Commissioning, calibration and operation of field instruments in turbine and boiler areas like temperature, pressure, flow, level elements make ABB, YOKOGAWA, ROSEMOUNT with Control Valves, MOVs & MOCVs.
•Commissioning of vibration monitoring system Bentley Nevada for turbine and vibration monitoring motors
