• Responsible for Oracle SOA deployment and configuration for different environments setup, applying new patch releases from Oracle
• Hands on experience in deployment and configuration of Oracle Health Insurance Product in different environments
• Experience in configuring Oracle enterprise scheduling software (ESS) and SOA Composite backups
• In-depth understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and e-Claim process
• Worked on different data interchange formats such as XML, JSON, and flat file

• Responsible for end-to-end OHI product workflow testing of e-claim use cases and manual payloads for Provider and Payer API testing using Postman tool
• Responsible for conducting end user UAT sessions and collecting their feedback and requirements, also communicating/following up with OHI Product Implementation team
