Stock Replenishment:
•Run the min/max report on-daily basis to create pr as per requirement, •Review on hand quantity against the requirement
•Update min/max levels if required as per consumption of material, •Monitor approval status and follow-up
•Respond to technical clarification/evaluation during purchasing process, •Follow up on shipments once due for delivery
•Requisition approval status report to be reviewed on weekly basis, Back Order requirements:
•On hand quantity to be checked to fulfill the WO requirement
•Process requisition for on demand items only, •Follow up on shipments once due for delivery, •Requisition status report to be reviewed on weekly basis
Expedite/Follow-Up with Procurement:
•Run the pending order report daily basis, •Follow-up on pending orders with buyer, •Follow-up forwarder/transporter
Material Receiving Process:
•Ones the materials are received against cargo manifest Initial and final inspection is done (parts should be match with the PR and PO), process sub inventory transfer and print the labels and locating space and bins for better space utilization
Item Master Management:
•Check for stock code with cross reference, •Check for stock code with description, •Create Temp code, •Check for potential duplicate, •Follow up with cataloguer on code approval
•Review and update item master data, •Take pictures for reference, •Check for physical dimension, •Forwarding details to cataloguer for item master update
Weekly and Monthly Cycle Count:
•Weekly and Monthly cycle counts and labeling (Cycle count is done on weekly and monthly basis, generate the reports from the system, start the physical count, ensure data accuracy, update the discrepancies in the system)
Consignment and Contract Management:
•Review requirements and potential to include more items, •Process and issue consignment report, •Technical Evaluation and recommendation, •Monitor stock levels
•Monthly Reports for vendor for quantities consumed
•Renewal of contracts and issue consignment report
•Collect requirements & purpose for new consignment agreement
Rig/Site visit:
•Rig Visit are Minimum two onshore visit per week, •Minimum two offshore visit per Quarter, •Review min/max levels direct with end user, •Purpose new stock levels, •Update end user on open PO / WO, •Visit rig site workshop to check in any inventory spares laying on rig store which is not required to be on rig site
•Discuss and clarify issues with end user pertaining to stock levels, •Check availability of material on rig site
Cataloging management:
•Review and update on item master, Item Master & Item Master Report Management:
•Amendments & Approval of Item Codes, Item Codes Updates:
•Creation of temporary codes with reference Maximo ICR’s by priority as Emergency/Urgent /Normal, •Creation of temporary codes with reference Onshore/Offshore Rig’s MR’s (i.e. new project codes/new Offshore Rig items/ new Onshore Rig items)
•Updating MIN/MAX levels for inventory Category items
•Review and approved MIN/MAX levels for all inventory items
•Item codes standardization by catalogue references
•Item codes Enrichment by physical inspection of materials
•Duplicate code Findings & elimination, •Duplicate code Stock correction, •Review and update Item Type category for the new items / Existing codes according to GDI Cataloguing Policy & Procedure’s, •To be categorized the Item code as per Major Equipment and Sub Equipment’s, •Life Expiry date updates on the item master for chemicals, rubber items etc.,
