- Ensure VAT, corporate tax, audit, and transfer pricing compliance for entities in UK, Gulf, Africa, and Europe.

- Automate tasks and create dashboards using Think Cell, Advanced Excel, and BI tools.

- Implemented a thorough monthly management reporting pack, subsequently reducing overall reporting time from five to three days through Excel and Think-Cell.
- Prepare cash flow statements for the group.

- Support Finance Manager in the Annual Budgeting process.

- Manage bookkeeping and IndAS compliance for 9+ group concerns.
- Handle direct tax audits, annual compliance, and tax planning at Group Level.
- Oversee fund flow management and budgeted vs. actual analysis.
- Ensure statutory compliance, return filing, and SEZ compliance.
- Assist in Transfer Pricing documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants for entity formation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial proposals and liaise with banks for project finance.
- Manage accounting, tax compliance, and Facilitate financial proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with Company Secretary for compliances and entity formation for clients.
- Assist clients with website contents and profiles for submissions to third parties.
- Conducting annual statutory Bank branch audits and Tax audits for the clients for statutory compliance.
