To float the tender and get the quotation from contractors and negotiation with the contractors. Preparation of Comparisons and issuing to clients.
Preparation and sub-mission of Techno-Commercial & Price bid to the Client. To verify the Extra and additional Items, Variation etc.
Coordinating with Site Management for giving total support from Head office for Progress, approval of Drawings and Other Problem.
Preparation of RAR (Running Account Recipt) for the Client Billing, checking of Contractors bill and verifying the same for the payment.
To Check and get approved the final design from the client.

Scope: Managing & Execution of Electrical Projects, coordinating with clients, Consultant, Contractors & Vendors with regard to the execution, Installation & Commissioning of 33/11 Kv Substation including (5-10) MVA transformer, HT/LT panels, CT, PT, LA, PI, RVT, Capacitor Bank, Laying of Power & control cables, . Lightening protection, Earthing, Installation of DC system, , 11/.440 kv distribution transformer, GI/MS & PVC conducting, Cable trays, Bus Duct(Sandwitch) and Commissioning of Different types of Lightings etc.
Preparation of various Single line Diagrams.
Working knowledge on Relays, Contactors, and Thermal Overload Relays etc.
Preparation of DPR
Load Calculation of Power plant & cable schedule
Preparation of Conceptual Design report.
Selection of Sizing of HT & LT Cable: voltage Drop Calculation, fault level Calculation,
Cable trench, Cable Tray.
