• Reviewing building Plans, drawings, P&ID and Specifications ascertaining scope of work.
• Knowledge of Revit Modelling.
• Link the architectural and structural Revit model for preparing MEP Model.
• Creating different work sets and making central file.
• Making Snapshots to generate Clash report.
• Design Check of the Plumbing and Fire parts of the MEP drawings.
• Domestic Cold and Hot water calculations.
• Waste water Calculations.
• Fire Hydrant, sprinkler system and Gas suppression system.
• Storm water calculations.
• Heat Loss calculation.
• Pressure drop calculation of Ducts.
• Selection of radiators and radiators list.
• Fire pumps and domestic pumps calculation and selection.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Attending clarification meetings with clients, consultants and venders.
