 To Study the Telecom Project Feed documents and preparation of the Telecom network architecture and providing the solution during pre-bid and Post bid.
 Interaction with multiple vendors/OEM for finalizing the most optimum design as per project specifications and submission to client for approval
 Kick off Meetings with client post award of the project to understand client expectations, to clarify the scope inclusion and exclusion in the contract and to discuss the project way forward by sharing the project schedule, VDDR/VDRL and preparation of the inputs for preparing the project schedule and getting approval from client for the completion of milestone like Design, Engineering, Material Submittals, ITPs, Procurement, Manufacturing and System Readiness for Factory Acceptance Test.
 Designing and Preparation of the Key documents like Functional Design Specifications/ Technical Datasheet/Bill of Material/Block Diagram of Telecom System (CCTV, ACS, SDH, LAN systems)
 Leading and co coordinating with discipline engineers assigned for the project for expediting the engineering deliverables submission to client for seeking approval
 Preparation of Compliance statements as per project specifications
 Interaction with vendors/vendors sub supplier / OEMs for design clarifications for Validation of Technical offers for achieving the on time Procurement of long lead Systems/Items to avoid the delay of the projects.
 Participating from planning the Network architecture of Factory acceptance Test setup and configuration of the Telecom Systems Like CCTV, Access Control System, PAGA, SDH, LAN System and preparation of PRE FAT Reports for client submissions to conduct the FAT
 Preparation of Integrated Factory acceptance Test Procedures for completing the System Integration Test.
 Supervise & assign the jobs to contractors for project implementation on time as per agreed project schedule

 Technical Support

 Managing Design, Execution and commissioning of Security System Projects like Optical Fiber & IP based CCTV, Access Control, VMD Units, Encoders, Smart Fence, Radar, ATB &Vehicle Surveillance etc.
 IP Settings for the Encoders, GW servers, CO 10 & 30 Cameras, Radar to make it functional in the command & Control room.
 Manages the configuration and integration of security sensor devices & and assists the Site Manager on technical issues during handover of the project.
 Guide the site engineers and Project engineers / Contractor’s engineers technically, and ensure that the execution is taking place to meet all quality standards, technical aspects and time schedule.
 Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving the associated security sensor systems as necessary
 Identify client requirements, and work with Consultants and technical team to provide the best solutions.
 Expertise in configuration of Nextiva Encoders, Adams through Adams .Net Utility, Camset, Navy control, VMD Units, Thermostat, and Tampers switches.
 Supervise & assign the jobs to contractors & manpower on site for Fiber optic splicing, Termination of cables, Junction Boxes, Security systems Rack

Project - Coordination
 Coordination with procurement & Project team for arrangement miscellaneous installation material in time.
 Coordinating daily activities with contactors, consultant and clients during the course of project execution.
 Responsible for Planning & Lead the technician for execution and commissioning to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Commissioning Support & Training
 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IP Based Video Surveillance (CCTV) System, configuration of Servers, IP camera’s, NVR, Video Management Software, Encoder, Decoders, DVR, Analog Cameras & integrated security system, provide technical support & interface with networking team.
 Preparation of Low level Documents for Termination & commissioning of System at Site.
 Improve the Technical competency of the team by Providing Training to the Project. Team.

 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of IP Based Video Surveillance System configuration of Servers, IP camera’s, NVR, Video Management Software, Encoder, Decoders, DVR, Analog Cameras & integrated security system.

 To give a Technical support for CCTV System to our entire dealer in India. & to configure the system in LAN & WAN.
 My Nature of job also includes pre sales like to give the Technical specification of security products to the vendor as per the requirement of Govt Tenders & Projects.
 And also to give the Demonstration of Security System products like C, CS Mount Cameras, Encoder, Decoder, and DVR with our Dealer & onsite Technical support.
 To give the Technical Training of security products to our vendors’ Technical staff.
