Kitchen Executive: Le Cirque - Fine dining French Italian restaurant ( Best European restaurant by Times Food Awards 2015)

Working as a reliever in all sections.
•Part of organizing wine dinners.
•Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards of the kitchen.
•Involved in trials for new menu.
•Taking care of ordering and inventory for the kitchen.
•Imparting training to the staff.
