Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine and Manage the Sales pipeline of opportunities in the Assigned Territory, calling on existing and prospective customers/partners to solicit orders and scout for new business opportunities.
Identify new and future market trends and opportunities well ahead of the procurement exercise in order to position brand in the best way and early in the project cycle.
Successful management of the entire portfolio of all hardware products.
Development and recommendation of product market strategies and roadmaps with detailed plans to grow local and global revenue with margin.
Development and introduction of customer facing programs in support of the over-all global market strategy.
Development, definition and recommendation of integrative solutions for logical access control and other security solutions.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Communications teams to ensure successful product introductions.
Coordination and development of sales tools as well as methods to support and promote the product portfolio to both internal and external parties including sales channel sales and end-users
Taking over existing key accounts in countries such as United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain for Access Control and Security camera projects.
Accurate reporting of actual sales revenue & forecasted revenue
Follow market & competition activity in the Assigned Territory
Report to and assist directly to the CEO of the assigned sales territory.
Synchronize & share where appropriate additional information & contacts with other Security Consultants across the region leveraging relationships with the proper OEM's, Distribution Companies and existing Corporate Accounts.
Giving Software and Hardware presentations for the customers as well as conducting training sessions to the in house team so that they are also well aware of technology.
Assist existing or potential new customers in designing or proposing the right solution and product for various project proposals and bidding or other related pre-sales activities. Follow & enforce the bid management process.
Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into the customer database and other available CRM tools which are deployed within Organization.
Constantly strengthen customer relationship, investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner including deliveries issues, product support topics and other related issues. Prevent issues before they happen where applicable and always perform "post mortem" analysis aiming for constant improvement.
Assist and provide product and technical feedback to internal groups (Project mgt, Bid & proposal mgt, Product marketing, Operations, Engineering, etc.)
