Post Sales redesigning of BOQ, handling a bunch of Technician for multiple sites
Managing independently sites from documentation, Project Progress, programming and handing over
To develop the Pre Sales System Design for the project as per the Tender or based on the needs analysis of the client.
Development of the Pre Sales Technical Submission.
Develop the Technical BOQ and Functionality document after the projects get awarded.
To manage and work with a team of Draughtsman's and Document Controller's for Project.
To provide design support to Sales team for Pre-sales proposals.
Participate in design reviews with sales, customer and consultants.
Onsite Design Coordination with Consultant /Client/MEP contractor.
To provide product comparison for Product valuation.
To find the new custom design solutions for various client requirements.
Work on innovative AV solutions as per latest pro AV trends.
To develop the Pre Sales System Design for the project as per the Tender or based on the needs analysis of the client.

Develop the Technical/Commercial BOQ and Functionality document.
To manage and work with a team of Draughtsman's and Document Controller's.
To provide design support to Sales team for Pre-sales proposals.

To manage and work with Auto Cad draughtsman to prepare Audio visual Shop and As build drawings.
Onsite Design Coordination.
To provide product comparison for Product valuation.
To find the new custom design solutions for various client requirements.
Eager to learn Crestron control system programming and stage lighting if training is provided
Designing and Managing AV Projects under the guidance of Project Head which includes Audio, Video, Lighting, Control systems projects, Video conference.
Understanding & Planning of New Projects.
Project site supervision and management, attending weekly project meeting with Client & Architects.
Managing and supervising the team of AV technicians.
Coordination with Procurement team to follow up for material delivery on site as per project schedule.
In-house Programming of Control systems (Cue control), Audio Processors Biamp and Polycom Soundstructure programming. Testing and commissioning of the entire installed AV solution.
Preparing Handover documents, Arranging Demos and Trainings for clients on installed AV equipments.
Project History:- Video Conference Endpoints and Infrastructure configuration and deployment for various government, corporate sectors, Video Wall, Digital Signage, Room booking system, smart classrooms, conference rooms, Board rooms, Meeting Rooms, Training rooms, Immersive Labs.
Major Achievement: - first AV system integrator in India who installed and configured Samsung 55” video wall 3x3 display UD55A series for two commercial environments
