Position responsible for project coordination, interface management during both Engineering (Home of-fice) and Construction phases, and also Field Engineering related to resolving brownfield and various Contractor interfaces. Internal interfaces included interdisciplinary coordination within PMT, coordina-tion with Contractor to meet end user requirements, interfaces for free issue materials, lead SIMOPS and resolve interfaces with various EPC packages. Major stakeholder interfaces included ADNOC Onshore Operations (end user), Technical Center, Production, Development, Reservoir, Drilling and Geomatics. Facilities also included a Jetty with loading arms, pumps, ship/truck loading/offloading equipment, vapour recovery unit, fuel filling station, firefighting, utility installations and three 2.7kms product pipelines and two utility lines from the Terminal to the Jetty.

Responsibilities: Project Coordination, Project Controls, Contract Administration

•Discuss, negotiate and resolve technical, schedule and commercial issues; Coordinate between End user, PMC, Contractors, TPI, Local Authorities.
•Monitor and ensure compliance to FEED, specifications and Contract. Ensure that works are carried out as per the latest & approved drawings and applicable engineering Codes & Standards, End user and Local Authority requirements.
•Review and ensure RFPs / RFQs for subcontracts and proposed vendor supplies are as per Contract specifications. Emphasis on statutory regulations, SOW, schedule and quality.
•Review, comment and approve construction related deliverables submitted by Contractors, including procedures, method statements, ITPs.
•Project progress monitoring and approvals; Review of Project schedule including staff plans, manpower histograms and project progress measurement.
•Management information reports. Review monthly contracts and project progress reports. Presentation of Monthly progress review to Senior Management and End user. Ensure timely issue of reports.
•Participate in all Project Control and Contract meetings; attend contract review meetings and project progress review meetings.
